Some things are just done the wrong way, no matter who is on them, they are just wrong. Last year I was lucky enough to get the Downton 81 record and I loved it, it has so many of my favorite bands in it. Basquiat was just lovely in Downtown 81 and I won't even bother to say anything about that guy who appears by David Bowie playing Warhol on the 1996 film.
When I was 12 I thought Frida was amazing as the strong character she was, but then after so much hippie marketing and later on with Salma Hayek's cartoon I just became tired of her, luckily that is not happening to Basquiat or Tuxedomoon yet.

Se que el cine vive de los refritos, lo se, aun asi me sorprende cuan influenciable mi cabecilla es. Agradezco haber visto lo correspondiente primero y lo penoso despues y tristemente reconozco que para mi, una vez visto lo molesto ya es muy dificil hacerme cambiar de opinion, lo mas típico de las primeras impresiones.

Architecture & Morality
My little sister is visiting, as I have some spare time I was planning to take her to some recognized buildings in the Spanish landscape, she is an architecture student. As I know almost nothing of architecture I started with the obvious, Valencia's Calatrava, Bilbao's Gehry, Madrid's Herzog & de Meuron, Barcelona's Gaudi's. Until I was lucky enough to find this great pointed map that just fits on what I wanted.

Currently I am taking a workshop on electronics at medialab-prado and somehow is full of architecture students, I've asked if they could add something to the map and they said it was pretty good already, though they will take off the university and obvious spots.
